I’m Sarah. I’m a registered Integrative Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist. I integrate Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy to help with issues including Anxiety, Depression, Relationship problems, Low Self-esteem, Overwhelming emotions, Compulsive Disorders, Eating disorders, Panic attacks, Phobias, Addictive behaviours and more.
You may be seeking therapy having tried your own solutions to overcome the issues you want to change, and feel frustrated or stuck. Maybe you have already tried therapy, or are just striving to understand what you are feeling. Whatever has brought you here, I’m dedicated to helping you make the changes you wish to, beginning by providing you with a respectful, non-judgemental and supportive space where you can feel truly seen and heard.
I believe we all have within us the resources we need to heal. My role is to act as the catalyst that helps you rediscover and develop these subconscious resources. My approach is Healing-focused, which means we explore the subconscious signals, root beliefs, emotions, and body sensations linked to your symptoms, gaining insights that enable healing and deepen self-understanding for lasting change.
Approaches I have received training in include: Ericksonian Hypnotherapy, Person-centred, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Solution-focused, Polyvagal and Somatic (Body) therapies, Neurolinguistic programming (NLP), and Focusing. All the approaches and techniques I use are evidence-based, and underpinned by neuroscience, specifically neuroplasticity – the brain’s natural ability to rewire and reorganise.
Bringing into awareness the unconscious core beliefs driving emotional reactions and behaviours for healing can have a profound effect on your sense of freedom, life fulfilment, and your relationship with yourself and others. I am dedicated to guiding and supporting you to make the changes you want to get exactly where you want to be.
